Review content:
I have belonged to this gym for the last 5 years and loved it. However, when Golds took over this gym over they spent more time on fixing up the gym then teaching their manager and staff courtesy. Some how my account got mixed up (which hadnt happened in the 5 years prior) and my bill didnt get paid, after getting reamed out and humiliated at the desk about ""being irresponsible not checking my accounts"" i was told i ""was not allowed to set foot in the gym"" until i paid, mind you it was 5am. I did not have my wallet. After going to complain to the manager (and pay my bill) I was offered a paultry sorry and she took my credit card and that was it. I asked to talk to the owner but I was refused. Hence, my husband and myself canceled our memberships while the manager just looked on without saying a word, fully knowing the situation. I say gyms are a dime a dozen and even though Ive been a member here a long time, ill put my money elsewhere.
