Review content:
Almost don't even know where to start with this company and its owner. To say we were treated badly would not do it justice. We made the fatal mistake of spending $3,000.00 on a pool liner with this company and the hell began! The installation was wrong,their measurements were wrong,the liner came off the pool after 1 day........and that was just the beginning! They finally reattached the liner but left rocks under the liner that poked holes through it. We had to pay $600.00 to have THAT fixed. Then the real kicker....We had to deal with the RUDEST man I have ever spoken to. Mark Hicks who by the way is the owner of this circus. He was condescending,pompous,very argumentative, and talked to us ( HIS CUSTOMER WHO SPENT $3000 WITH HIM ) like dogs. Seriously this guy was unbelievable! We are looking into a lawyer to go after this company, but until then we want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Please be very cautious with this company and God help you if you develop a problem.....which you are certain to do.
