Review content:
It has been said that you can tell a great about someone, by watching what they do when given a little power/authority! As a home owner living in a Talis managed HOA, I've personally experienced bullying by this company's representatives. I'm a quiet, respectful and tidy neighbor who had no problems at all with our last management co, for 4 years. Then Talis got hired by our board, and it's been a miserable catalogue of Talis adding charges onto the HOA for ""enforcing"" such regulations as ""shrubbery not in line with the covenenants"" and other onerous charges that they trump up against the owners. They then try to levy fines of $100 per day! against those who are too afraid or unknowledgable to fight them back. They hire the worst of thw worst to do the landscaping, and gouge on charges. In short, they abuse their authority and under-perform whilst overcharging in all others! AVOID TALIS!
