If you are considering using Talis for your HOA management, please look further. I urge you to research other options. They are an extremely mismanaged company, completely unethical in addition to being unorganized. I can go on to list my personal experience and examples but I'm not given enough space here. I deal with customer service every day as part of my job, and I've never been treated in such a disrespectful manner in my life. They also have a lot of turnover in their management, which I believe accounts for much of their lack of organization. I would assume that anyone who comments possitively on this company is an outsider with limited information on a typical HOA management service and not Talis in particular.
