My fiance and I had a tasting/consultation with Stacy and knew almost immediately we wanted her to make our wedding cake. Tastings with two other bakeries confirmed our choice. I called back a few days later to set up a meeting to sign the contract and pay our deposit. No return phone call. Called back a week later and left the same message. No return phone call. Waited another week and called again. This time I was asked to send an email. I did, and over a week later, still no response. Our wedding is in five months and we should have had all of our vendors nailed down already, but we are going to have to look for another baker.\r
As much as we liked Stacy and the cake samples we were treated to, I cannot recommend The French Confection.
Pros: Delicious product, we are disappointed not to be able to use them
