I am so glad I called Computer House Call. I just got my computer back from the Geek squad, and was still not running any faster, and I was still getting error messages. The squad had my computer for a week and a half and charged me too much for what little they did. I called Computer House Call and they came to my house which was way more convenient than taking it to the store. The technician was informative and very helpful. He explained what he was doing as he did it, and TAUGHT ME HOW TO PREVENT PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE. That is what sold me! Any company willing to help lower future repair costs is trustworthy in my book. The price was reasonable and fair, and way better than what the geek squad charged! And now, my computer is actually running right!
