My AC was causing the circuit breaker to trip. They reset the breaker but didn't bother to investigate what caused the breaker to trip because they said it was 'working'. The breaker tripped again not long after the repairman left, called and they thought it was not necessary to find out what caused the breaker to trip since the AC works fine when resetting the breaker. Either they are disengenious or short sighted. Talked to a manager about it over the phone, all that matters to them was the AC was working when they reset the breaker, doesn't matter to them what caused the breaker to trip. Called another AC company and they found the valves were broken, which makes sense since if they valves are broken and is not opening up all the way, it would make the pumps work harder thereby drawing more power causing the breaker to trip. I do not recommend The Cooler Company when needing a diagnosis.
