Terrible! Unprofessional! Overpriced! It is a burden for most instructors to teach the children how to swim. I have never seen more people unqualified to work around children before. Instead of gently directing and instructing the kids, they yell at them. Or if you have someone like coach Dan - he thinks he knows what he is doing, but he is the most socially incompetent person in the place. And forget about complaining to management - Penny and her daughter Sue, are the worst ones! I have never met more unhappy people in my life.
