If you are feeling like an extra-special treat, need to take a dessert to to a party, or just want to grab some great home-cooked dinner to heat up at home, Eva's is the answer.
They seem to specialize in cakes & cookies (I never see pies), as well as take-home goodes. Honestly, their caramel cake is amazing. I tried the cake sampler, which everyone should try at least once, and there were a few other cakes that gave ol' Caramel a run for her money, but she still won. Fudge-like caramel frosting on a luscious, tender-crumbed cake.
I think I'll go get a piece before they close.....I've been to both locations, had success at both.
Pros: dear Lord, thank you for this caramel cake of which we are about to partake
