I recently went ot jagged edge to see about some serivicesI was needing. I had been referred by a freind who has gone there for some time and has alway talked about how great Chris( the owner) was. I walked in and ther was noone at the reception area. I could see in the back of the salon a few of the stylists were huddled together eating. I waited for a while and then someone came to the front to talk to me. She was very unfriendly and quite frankly, rude. Everyone else just stared. Right away I knew this was not the lace for me. When I asked my friend about why she thought this place was so great she then informed me that as of late they have messed up her hair and have not been willing to fix it without cost and have even ,ade her purchase the product herself to repair. I don't know but this just doesnt seem professional. I would not go here!!!
