Chicagoan, somewhere you have received incorrect information. We fix thousands of basement cracks/leaks successfully and provide a life-time-of-structure warranty. Most of the time, there is water present. The only time that we will put off the repair is when there is so much ground water that water is actively flowing (not just dripping) from the opening. If you truly had a repair done by The Crack Team - Wheeling, IL - then call the office and speak to me (Patty Petersen). We have very very few warranties but stand behind our work and take care of every issue brought to our attention. Please identify yourself when you call (as Chicagoan) - we will take care of you immediately. We just don't know who you are so we cannot help you solve your problem.
