Review content:
If your Condo Association want a manager that works JUST for the board and against members, Morbitzer Communities are for you. Needless to say - very little changed in our Association. Tina Morbitzer stood solidly behind \r the President, Mel Lindauer. The deficiencies that Tina Morbitzer pointed out to the Board \r in September 2006, still exists today. A house with a chimney where the paint has been peeling \r for years. A gas tank leading to an infoor fireplace rusted and getting worse. Although \r homeowners pay their monthly fees that include landscaping, and our documents forbid plants \r taller than 3 feet to be cut down, plants and trees have been cut down. When I wrote her \r and requested that my neighbor's patio be replanted, she replied: ""the Board has decided not \r to plant around patios."" I was on the Board. I wonder when that was decided. With a management company like that - what are we paying our monthly dues for?? Pros: Promises a lot Cons: Deliver too little
