Review content:
This was my worse experience with a groomer ever! The 'in charge' person would not tell me her name....but I have never seen anyone that stays in business with this type of rude attitude toward their customers. I would NEVER use them again. My dog was not clipped properly, she was cowering in a corner when I went to pick her up..terrified because they let her loose with all the dogs..and she is only 4 lbs and 12 years old.. hardly ready for all the puppy play. She was visibly shaken for days.. I would never put her through an experience with them again and I would advise anyone to not use them. HORRIBLE!
