This has got to be the worst store I have been in in a long time. Their customer service in this particular Joann's is just awful. They clearly need more sales staff there. I have never gone in here where I didn't have to wait for at least 30 minutes to get fabric cut and then an additional 30 minutes to get checked out. I'd rather have a tooth pulled than go there again. The girl that should of been checking people out (yes, there was a LONG line) was back by the fabric table talking to that girl (that should of been cutting fabric, yes another LONG line) about what they were making for dinner! I was hoping I would be HOME by dinner at the rate they were going. Go to the one over on Broadway, it might be a longer drive but clearly management there is on top of things....they aren't at the Roger store....
