These people are horrible. The therapists actually have a terrible reputation among people in Summit County and with other doctors. The two receptionists are so incompetent it's painful. They are incredibly rude, never return your calls, and are not helpful. I used to go through the case manager who refills prescriptions. That was, until he didn't call my pharmacy to refill my medications for a week and I ran out of my medication. Thank God my pharmacist knows me and gave me a weeks supply until he called them. So I began having their front desk call in my medications. Then, a couple weeks ago when I needed a refill of my medication on a Thursday one of the receptionists actually told me to; ""give me a buzz Monday and remind me too call in your medication"". Who does that? Since when is it the patients responsibly to tell their doctor to refill their medication?I've also had numerous issues in booking an appointment and the employees all act like they are doing you a favor by booking you an appointment, even though its their job. Myself and other former patients are appalled by the way these people act and treat their clients. Save your money and time and avoid these people.
