I've given the lowest rating here as you can see as we had a terrible experince at this store - customer service was truly horrendous. We never even made it past the intiial stages to look at costumes as we were turned away at 7:20 pm when the store closes at 8pm and even though we'd had checked store hours personally with teh shop before heading to the store and drove 40 minutes to get there. Store clerks were rude when we simply inquired about the closing time problem and asked to just check even on a single costume. I would not give business to this establishment. Go somewhere else - we recommend The Ritz in Boulder!
