Four years ago, my wife and I decided to look for hardwood floor. Carpet Corner was the only one open on Sunday, which is actually how we found them. They were very responsive and showed us all kinds of samples. They came by our house with the samples and helped us which would look good in our home. They basically provided this consulting free of charge. We liked Carpet Corner's openness to work with us. Their follow-up was responsive and they called us.
I recently had my mom go to Carpet Corner. She is replacing her carpeting, and Carpet Corner is doing the exact same thing with her. Carpet Corner has very good customer service. She is in the middle of remodeling her home, and she ordered the carpet for the house and linoleum for the house. Carpet Corner provided storage free of charge, and it's been three weeks so far! Carpet Corner's customer service needs to be pointed out!
