Review content:
At first, I was'nt interested in a conservative atmosphere. I like modern worship/praise music & was looking for something that had more to offer me. Fortunately...God had different plans. I found a place where people care for one another like a family. God also put me somewhere where I was needed.
Although the church is currently in transition, the Elder leadership of the church as well as the congretation are committed to teaching God's word & serving others. I never felt like a ""visitor"". I was welcomed into this ""family"" with warmth and enthusiasm.
The current interrim pastor (Ken Schubert) & his wife, Barbara, are 100% committed to the Lord's will. They are good leaders/teachers with a servant's heart. I have no doubt that the permanent pastor chosen will be the same, since this is a church after the Lord's heart.
Pros: loving family grp, good bible teaching, growing
Cons: small congregation, conservative music, one service a week
