Horrible! Rude, rude, rude! They will charge you for alterations they don't do, and act like you are crazy when you ask them to fix what you paid for to be fixed. My Mom bought her dress for my brother's wedding there and paid a LOT of $$$ for it, in addition, he charged her > $100 in alterations that he didn't do! As a result, she ripped her dress because she kept stepping on it. With ""alterations"", the bridesmaid dresses were $100 more than we were quoted, and I could have merely stuffed my bra a little bit to make my dress fit perfectly....my alterations were $65. My sis-in-laws' (also a bridesmaid) alterations were $75 and he didn't fix the broken zipper he initially said he would fix, and they had to pitch a fit to get it fixed. I had bought my wedding dress from there years ago, and had no problems with anything, but I would not recommend going here now after this last experience, especially for bridesmaid dresses.
