Charlie's Steak and Hoagie is just the best place for a Philly steak sandwich. It is a place to go eat if you are visiting Sarasota from out of town or just on your lunch break from work. The service is great. And they have something for you vegitarians out their. They make hot or cold vegitarian sandwiches and salads. They also make great burgers, pastramies, pressed cubans and italians, cold italians, and much more. You can ask anyone who has eaten at Charlie's and they won't have a bad thing to say about it. I know I have nothing bad to say about it. So if you ever get a chance, go on in and bring your friends. It's a great hang out place and a friendly atmospheare. They are open Monday - Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 7a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Closed on Sundays. Breakfast is served from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. They would love to see you their.
Pros: The food is the best in town.
Cons: Parking is a little crazy when busy but your sure to find a spot.
