Michael from Executive Eyewear is a disgrace to the service industry. I just received a hysterical phone call from my 70 year old mother who was screamed and yelled at by Michael, then thrown out of his store. I doubt anyone needs to read anymore, because frankly what could a 70 year old woman do to deserve that, but I'll go on anyways. After hustling my mother and selling her ""$250 frames for the great price of $175"", my mother mentioned that she had seen the frames online for around $100. She said that she was fine paying more for his service, but had asked him to split the payment in two... one charge immediately for the frames, and a second charge in a few weeks for the lenses once the glasses were ready. She needed it split up this way for insurance purposes. Michael agreed, but then charged her credit card for the full $600 amount. My mother didn't notice this until the next day. When she went back to the store to ask him to refund the lenses and charge her later (as previously discussed) he became beligerent, started screaming at her that he ""didn't need her business"" and she was ""not welcome in his store."" My mother is about 5'2"", and this disgusting excuse for a man got right up in her face and screamed at her to leave (apparently he was offended when she mentioned seeing the frames online for cheaper - EVEN THOUGH she said she was fine paying his price for the personalized service). He actually made my mother cry, and chased her out the store, screaming at her all the way across the parking lot until she got in her car, where she called me in hysterics. Clearly this man has issues and I can only hope there was something legitimate going on in his life to prompt such anger (because it could not possibly be because of this one customer interaction!)... but no customer... particularly a nice, respectful older woman, deserves to be treated like this. I truly hope no one will give this man their business. He doesn't deserve to be in business at all.
