Review content:
Ken's Auto Repair Plus has done work on my vehicle for the past 6 years. They have always been honest in diagnosing and fixing the problem at hand. I was appalled after reading the review ""One Night Stand"". The additional part must have not been included in the original estimate and the power steering fluid must have been an add on as well. I have NEVER had an estimate go over the amount quoted unless additional work and parts were needed. I think more information should be given when writing a VALID review on a business and it's services. In my opinion ""One Night Stand"" is NOT a valid review of this business. My past visits have always depicted the labor accurate, of course more if additional work was needed, and my car was always ready when promised and I never had to wait when picking it up. This repair shop is one of the best in the area and charges labor way below the amount seen at most repair shops and dealerships.
