Don't ask them to fix one thing in two years or they will evict you! They will tell you anything to get them out of fixing a single thing. A simple $10.00 thing!\r
Don't rent from these people ever!\r
I'd never get a mortgage from them ever!\r
Sew them if your a current tenant for anything you can. I am!\r
I have been a homeowner for many years and rented here instead of buying because of repair costs. These people expect you to maintain their homes for free to them, clean and upgrade at no cost to them and charge you your deposit in the meantime.\r
I spent over 15 hours cleaning weeds off this property to save them a $500.00 fine. I should have never done it! They still didn't appreciate it one bit and I will sew for damages for this\r
I had 1 dog get out and hi!by a car and killeg because of a faulty gate that was eroded and fell down all on it's own.\r
I have been blamed for shingles being gone on my roof which I never have ever got on, nor has anyone in my house! I suppose I'm to blame for the pigeons getting into an unfinished eve.\r
I can't get my front door open and my son has seizures on the regular. If the paramedics can't get to him in time they are certainly going down for MURDER!\r
Again, don't rent from them!\r
