Review content:
I went to this computer repair shop to get an estimate to have my computer checked out. The guy working there gave me a quote which I thought was a little high but I did'n't have time to shop around so I told him I would bring in my computer. I'm a 61 year old woman and the computer is very heavy. Nobody in that shop offered to help me or even opened the door for me. Out of the 4 or 5 guys I saw there at least one of them could of helped me. I know they saw me because they were all looking out the window. The people who work here seem very very lazy to me with no customer services skills at all. I decided to take my computer elsewhere where they deserve my business.
