Review content:
I bought two motorcycles at different times from Action Powersports in Savannah. They were friendly & took great care of me before and after the sale. I always got excellent customer service and shop work. Even little things like when I ordered a modular helmet which had a scratch when it came in. The girl behind the desk didn't hesitate, she just said, "" You paid for a new one, not a scratched up one. We'll get another for you right away."" The big thing, however, is that I bought the Gold Card coverage plan on both bikes. It's an enhanced maintenance plan that adds to the initial price but is cost effective over the long term. Being attached to the Military, I asked if Gold Card service was available around the country and was told that there is a network of dealers that honor it and I could get service in most major cities. When Uncle Sam moved us to El Paso, I found that West Texas wasn't in that list though. The REALLY good part though, is that since they have no shops in the area, they are pro-rating my service plan and refunding me the unused portion. I call that good customer service. They could have just said, "" Sorry, the closest available shop is 300 miles away, have a nice trip."" Pros: They honor their word. Good selection. Helpful staff. Cons: Shop stays busy but does good work.
