Myself, and a group of friends used this service in November ’07. I think the term “Class Act” would be the last way we would describe the service we received. The poor service started while the driver/owner made a personal stop at his shop immediately after picking our group up, as a result making us 20 minutes late to our first destination. After which we asked to make a quick stop off on the way to dinner, to which we were told it would have to wait till after dinner, because he had another pick up to make. This in itself was puzzling enough to us, since we were under the impression we had reserved the limo for the entire night. As a result of him having to get to his other pick up, we were dropped off at the restaurant 45 before our reservation, while he left with all of our alcoholic beverages, and some personal items still inside the limo, with no instructions on how/when he would be back to get us. When we were getting ready to leave the restaurant we managed to get a hold of him, and tell him we were ready to be picked up… he arrived 45 minutes later. Once we got back in the limo, and situated it took us about 2 minutes to realize there was alcohol missing from what we had left in the limo, when we questioned him on it, he stammered over his words, while having an empty beer bottle in the front seat with him, and noticeable swerving on the road the whole time.\r
I will stop my evaluation of this service at this point, hoping this is enough information for anyone thinking of using this service.\r
