Businiess name:  Lilly's Hair Plus

Review content:
I have been going to Lilly's on and off for nearly 10 years. I was a customer back when she had the Dominican market cornered and waiting 3 hours to see the stylist of your choice was common place. \r \r I moved out of state and returned and began to go to her salon again. This time I had an issue withh pricing. First time I went I was charged 30.00, the next time 35, then 30 again and then 35. This flip flopping went on for several visits and I actually spoke with Lilly and told her I didn't have a problem with paying but I wanted a consistent price. She insisted that my hair was natural, it is not. She then said it was the length. My hair isn't short but it is not super long. \r \r I think it is very rude of her to determine her pricing based on what she thinks someone can pay and then not even be consistent with it. It is merely the point. And i told Lilly this. IF it is going to be 35.00 lets make sure itis 35 EACH TIME. Not 30 the first time I come in (mind you i only come on Mondays or Tuesdays when they are super slow) and then 35.00 when you feel you need a little extra money and then 45.00.\r \r Lilly's business has slowed up drastically and for months I wondered what in the world could be the reason.\r \r I guess she is going to nickel and dime her regular customers because of her poor customer service skills. Pros: stylists who are nice and do good work Cons: non english speaking stylists/ petty owner
