Review content:
I brought my beautifully worn leather handbag to be cleaned and they PAINTED IT with some sort of matte paint. It looks like they just sort of held it up and spray painted it. There is even overspray on the hardware- you can scratch it off with your nail. There are even still pieces of my hair stuck in the hardware from when I brought it in FOUR WEEKS AGO. When I complained, the woman told me I had signed the release that said that it might become lighter or darker in cleaning. Sure, but I didnt sign anything that said ""Please keep my $500 purse for 4 weeks and spraypaint it tan""\r AVOID AVOID AVOID Pros: One of the sewing people was smiling Cons: They destroyed my $500 purse
