Review content:
Under the direction of Mr. Craig Willits and his son Mr. David Willits, my son and I have reached goals in martial arts we never thought possible. SMA is honest about what they offered for the money. They offer trial periods, and watching classes before hand can be done. I really appreciated the fact that SMA doesn't pressure you to sign up and they explain everything up front. The instruction is of the highest caliber at this school and our family has great respect for the Willits‘ and their ethics. I like the fact that classes are offered for children as young as three through adult. If you’re looking for great workouts SMA has them - they’ll challenge and change you. SMA takes safety seriously and training is done in a controlled environment. SMA trains all their students for “real life” situations. Society has changed, but at SMA children are still taught about loyalty, courtesy, respect, honor, integrity, and self-control. I highly recommend SMA to everyone thinking of taking marital arts training!\r
Don’t be a couch potato - never think you’re too old. I was in my mid fifties, had never taken even one martial arts class, when I decided to train at SMA. Is it something I thought I'd be doing at this age? No. Am I glad I did it? Absolutely. My stamina is better, I'm healthier, my range of motion has improved, and my flexibility is quite good for my age. My doctor says my heart will beat forever. I recommend SMA martial arts training over the gym because it’s more interactive, improves life skills, and it’s fun. \r
