Culinary Crafts, and Rachel, whom we dealt with regularly were all absolutely superb. Their customer service, food, presentation, and creativity far exceed any caterer I have used or worked with before. I was deeply impressed with their presentation; I've never seen such creativity or plating or table design. Their menu is extremely varied, something for everyone from a basic picnic menu to the top of the line in lobster, filet, and baked Alaska. \r

I personally have ridiculously extreme food allergies and Rachel and CC did everything they could to make sure I could eat the majority of food at my own wedding - truly NOT an easy task. \r

They were fair in their pricing, solid in their communication skills, and were a pleasure to do business with. If I EVER have to do another event in Utah, I will not hesitate to call them and book them immediately. You simply cannot go wrong with them! Heck, they even loved a salad I created for myself so much that they added it to their menu. You have to admire a company that is always willing to learn and expand.\r
