All of the service technicians that I have encountered through Joshua's Pest Control have been very good, and today I had the pleasure of meeting ""Joshua B."".
He carefully and patiently listened to my concerns, and, following a thorough treatment, explained exactly what he had done to address those concerns. He made sure that all of my needs for the moment were met, and reminded me that if anything else pops up before the next visit, it will be taken care of - at no additional charge.
It is always refreshing to deal with companies that send courteous and professional representatives out (and into) to your home. After spending a few years of continuous service with Joshua's, I trust that my pest problems of the past are completely under control.
