After years of back, hip, knee, and ankle problems and seeing 9 doctors and health care professionals who only made things worse, I was referred to Richard Johnson, owner of A Proper Fit. Richard examined my feet and the shoes I was wearing and identified the problems immediately. I see him periodically for insert adjustments and after 3 1/2 months, my feet and the rest of my body are finally returning to health. It does take time to reshape your feet, and time for your body to realign, but I saw a decrease in pain immediately. My chiropractor was amazed the other day to discover my legs are both the same length now and my pelvis is no longer out of alignment. Words can't express my gratitude to Richard for his help!
