Review content:
Jack Ellis is an honest, no-nonsense mechanic with solid foreign car experience. Jack is very capable of assessing problems quickly and minimizing the cost of repair. Jack also has great working knowledge of after-market parts - which ones are reliable and which ones aren't, etc. In addition, Jack is willing to take the time to explain problems - why something may have gone wrong, what the sensible course of action is, etc. Jack will treat you fairly. He has serviced my mother's Mercedes 560SL and my Saab 900 and has always given us balanced, thoughtful advice. Good mechanics are hard-to-find, and Jack's a keeper!
