Review content:
All companies want to make money but Coan Oil takes customers’ satisfaction as number 1 priority. They do their best to provide excellent customer service. We installed the hot water boiler from Coan oil in September, 2009. The boiler has slow leak. We found out last year but didn’t make the call thought it is under life time warranty. I was told that the life time warranty is covered for the boiler, and the labor only cover for one year. My labor warranty was expired when I call in April of 2011. I wasn't happen but I agreed to pay the labor out my own pocket. Two weeks ago, Coan reinstalled a new hot water boiler for me. The labor cost was $303. Yesterday, I received a letter that Coan oil waved this charge for me as a good will. I do appreciate this. Things not always go smooth regardless which company you go with. Everybody wants to go with the best. I am telling you Coan oil is the best !!!
