I got my extensions from Robert about a year ago and they looked great! That was confirmed to me several times when I went to Home Depot and got my cart pushed around and assisted by every guy around! I was amazed. I really had no idea how much my hair mattered to others. My hair was shoulder length and wavy, but I had cut it off and decided I wanted long hair again. He was really patient with me and he made the extensions look real, NOBODY KNEW! He matched the color perfectly and blended the hair cut so that I looked like a Pussycat Doll! I love them and the maintenance is no big deal and well worth it.
Pros: All the attention I got!
Cons: Can't really think of any.
