It is so gratifying when talented & intelligent young men treat us octegenarians with respect & courtesy. Our drain problems were analized & explained to us,step by step, & with great patience. The Cleveland area is so fortunate to have experts in plumbing like Mike,Jesse,Daniel,Jonathon,Walter & whoever else from Roto-Rooter who was involved in solving our dilema.Our home was spotless at the end of each day of the ongoing task.There is more to do,but,our life is back to normal.Thank you,Roro-Rooter,from the bottom of our hearts.
