Review content:
On a very rainy evening following a very rainy day, I went down into our basement only to discover 5 inches of water on the ground. It was 8:00 in the evening, past regular business hours, so I called Roto-Rooter right away!
The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it took them until midnight to arrive, by which time the water had risen even higher. They did, however, give me a call to let me know they were running behind that night, which was great.
John arrived and was a lifesaver! He informed us our main sewer line was backed up and then cleared it out for us. He was able to give us suggestions for other services we could invest in in the future to prevent this from happening again.
I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone! They were especially great since they arrived after midnight and were there until about 2 am. Thank you!!!
