I made my appointment online, and within 20 minutes I had a confirmation e-mail stating that I had made an appointment for a service call. My window was from 6pm - 8 pm for the call. At 5:35 pm Randy #7655 was knocking at my door. He stated that he was a little early, but he just finished a call close by. I showed him the problem area, I told him what I had already tried to fix it, but no luck. He then told us that he had the right equiptment for the job. He was very knowledgeable about plumbing, he explained what he was going to do. He worked in a timely matter to fix the problem. He was polite, respectful and cleaned up any mess he may have made. Two thumbs up to Randy and Roto-Rooter.\r
