came home late one night to find the basement drain was slowly backing up with sewage. We went online and put in our request at 11PM at night. We asked for the 8-10AM, and by 8:05 AM, we had to techs in the driveway ready to work. The supervisor was mike #229 and they worked hard for nearly 6 hours before they discovered a bigger problem was in the county line. Honestly, i had sticker shock with the price, but their experience and pleasant business manner made the whole thought a bit easier. each step of the way they explained what they were going to do next and what may have caused this problem. They also cleaned up after themselves and cleaned the mess that was left from the night before. they will be first on my list for call backs if there is ever a problem.
