Review content:
We had our roof done and no sooner than that was finished did we notice our upstairs toilets behaving in a very strange fashion. They both backed up and could not be plunged, although the water drained after a while. The water level in the toilets was very low and much air seemed to be involved. We asked the roofer to take a look to see if something had fallen in the stack. He said no. I told my husband to call the plumber. We called Roto-rooter plumbers in Cleveland OH. They were out and assessed the situation within a couple of hours. It required them cutting access to the stack and cleaning it out. They had to work in tight conditions because our ""68 Caddy is parked in the garage and the stack was in front of it. I believe that John 2723 and Mike 229 fixed the problem and were very kind. They dealt with our three dogs and were so nice and caring with them. Our invoice number is 16489290. I would call them again and again and again because Roto rooter has always sent professional, personable plumbers.\r
