Everyone seems to know a Realtor these days- but in this city you need someone who has experience, knowledge and gumption to get you through this market...Deborah is the only one to go to. Most likely the biggest purchase (or sale) of something in your life, don't risk it with anyone else!\r

Unlike past experiences with other realtors, Deborah always gives you that top service treatment, guiding you through the market and giving advise as needed. She never has pressured or rushed any decision, and always has a fun and approachable demeanor. \r

We had a difficult situation with the property we bought- the tenants hired a lawyer to fight our every step with the house- We tried an owner move in, they ignored it and requested $85K to leave the property! Needless to say, during this stressful situation Deborah was always there for us- not only acting as an intermediary, but giving us solid support, advice and connecting us with the right people when we needed it. \r

Once the sale was complete, Deborah was (and is) always available to give her advice and attention on anything from TIC/condo conversions, to recommending a plumber for a water heater replacement. \r
