Review content:
Deborah Lopez came to me through the recommendation of close friends who had purchased a house with her help. They had nothing but positive things to say. Deborah was instrumental in helping me in two ways. My Mother had a heart attack a few years ago, and had to be in an assisted living facility for two years. When she was strong enough to move home, her house was in need of extensive work. Deborah held our hands through the whole process and maintained contact with my mother as the months passed.\r

Early last year my mother passed away. She got to live her last year of life in her own home, thanks in large part to Deborah. After my mother passed I was responsible for selling her home. I have never had any experience with real estate, and Deborah was there again to help. She patiently explained the process in the painstaking detail I needed to feel safe at every step along the way. She also kept me moving forward with the process with friendly phone calls and emails (which I very much needed being a world class procrastinator.) The sale was completely painless and I never felt that I had to be worried about how things turned out. We got a solid offer on the second day of showing. In this market that's pretty remarkable. Deborah stayed with me right up to the last signing of paperwork, and has continued to answer questions when they come up.\r

I could not have asked for a better experience with this emotionally charged process. I would not hesitate recommending Deborah as a real estate agent (and friend) to anyone. Good old-fashioned business ethics and the patience of a saint.\r

As a more personal aside, I happened to get to meet the couple who bought my mother's home. They have a toddler and were moved to hear a couple of stories of the love my mother created in the home for my brother and I as children. It does my heart immense good to know my mother's house will continue to be a loving families home.
