Rhonda at In Any Event nearly ruined my wedding. I tried for 6 months to set up my wedding decoration rentals from Rhonda, and in all of this time was unable to get Rhonda to provide me with an itemized list of my planned rental items with prices. Rhonda kept promising that she would iron out the details...she never did. When I finally demanded that she show me some sort of list (5 days before my wedding), Rhonda produced a handwritten note that was missing several important items that I had requested. She ordered the missing items and had them overnighted so that they would arrive in time for my wedding, but she ordered the wrong color and had to spray paint the decorations for me. The paint was still wet when the items were finally delivered, and the paint rubbed off of several of the items. It was a mess, and Rhonda offered no apologies for it. Rhonda was supposed to deliver the wedding reception decorations 2 days before the wedding, but did not show up and would not answer her cell or store phone. She finally showed up at the reception hall the morning of my wedding (5 hours before the ceremony), claiming that this had been the plan all along. As my aunts and parents were frantically trying to set up decorations in time to get ready for my wedding and start the wedding pictures, Rhonda presented my mother with an inaccurate bill and asked for immediate payment. As the bill was incorrect (8 items were on the bill that we didn't order), my mother said that she would review the bill and pay Rhonda later in the day, after the wedding was over. Rhonda was apparently unsatisfied with this (even though her inaccurate bill was the actual problem), and sent her husband to my wedding ceremony to demand the money from my father. The man was dressed in dirty jeans and a t-shirt, and accosted my father 20 minutes before my wedding ceremony started to demand the money. Needless to say, Rhonda and In Any Event nearly ruined my wedding. Do not under ANY circumstances trust this woman--she is an disorganized, irresponsible, and unprofessional disaster.
