I hired Rand Internet marketing to do an extensive project on Search engine optimization for my website. We had a contract that they agreed to get my site on this first page of Yahoo, Bing, and Google. along with making 60 landing pages (one for every state and 10 major cities).
I advised them about the contract and that they needed to do something about it but they kept saying that they were done with my project ALTHOUGH, they had not completed any of the agreed terms. When I brought this up they started talking about all of the things that they did do not acknowledging the agreed terms that were NOT completed. Seth Rand finally agreed to do something else that would satisfy the agreement but then never did. He said he would get back to me and never did. I tried calling and he never calls back.
I can't imagine how a company like this has an A rating with the BBB.
They contracted with me to get me to the first page of Google Yahoo and BIng and DIDN'T COME THROUGH FOR NOT EVEN ONE OF THEM, THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.. THEY DIDN'T EVEN COME CLOSE TO THESE FALSE PROMISES
If he can't even deal with an issue.
I paid this company a total of $15,000 and I can't even get a returned phone call regarding my issues. I would have been happy with them settling my agreement by creating 62,500 new pages along with completing the 60 landing pages they promised to create and optimize.
I will be seeking a full reimbursement through the court system.
