After getting in a horrible accident, my insurance recommended this body shop and I decided to go there not only because of its convenient location here in Santa Ana, but because I had heard good things about it from friends. From the first day I got there, the staff was very nice to me, they let me know that they would take care of everything. They told me that my car would not be ready for about 3 weeks, and as a college student I was in desperate need of a car to go to school and work. Well they supplied with a loaner car; I was more than appreciative. I really can't talk enough about all the staff, they were just so helpful and amazing. This might sound surreal, but at a time when I was down, they were really there to do all they could. After 3 weeks, my car was ready just as they had said. I have a 2007 Black Toyota Corolla and when I got my car back I swear it looked like a 2008 model. It looked brand new, not only was it repaired, but it was washed, wax, and cleaned from the inside. I was taken back by that because I did not expect for them to go above and beyond. Since my experience with Top Finish, I have recommended them to everyone I know. I literally met the nicest people by accident.
