We tried the breakfast buffet because we were impressed by the variaty on their flyer (we got at the hotel were we stayed Gran Hyatt) It was a big disapointment. The service was bad from teh start. Teh hostess were rude, teh server was slow and the food was mediocre. The fruit tray was never refilled and had only a couple pices of melon (forget about the ""tropical fruits"" they list), the french toast was old, the eggs weren't eggs but a mix of egg beater and how knows what, the coffee was cold and watery, the banana bread was decent and the potatoes were uncooked. I'm not exagerating or being taken by anger...this was by far the only restaurant I've ever being that made me sit in front of my computer and write a review...It's so bad that it's worth the time spent writing it.
