I recommend Flooring by Patterson all the time. Dave is a personal friend of mine, and he has remodeled our bathroom as well as a major part of our home including the den, kitchen, living room, and dining room.
He knows the business. If there is a complaint, he immediately addresses it. He doesn't just sweep it under the rug or justify it. Another thing is Dave will drop in to see what's going on with the subcontractors, which I think is wonderful.
We have an old house, built in 1958, so when we had the work done, he took out walls, stripped down walls, and did everything from the ground up. I sit here and I can't believe it. I wish you could see how beautiful it is. Our old bathroom, which I'm sure you can imagine, got stripped down to its bare walls and completely redone. I'm so happy, I can't even stand it.
I would recommend Dave to anybody. If one of the subcontractors screws up, he just gets rid of them. I'm a very demanding individual, and I know what I want to see when we're through. Sometimes Dave and I bump heads, but it always gets resolved. Dave is a wonderful man, and I'd recommend Flooring by Patterson to anyone.
