My wife and I wish to commend the staff in the Tyler, Texas, office on South Broadway. We have been clients for many years and have always been treated fairly and with professional courtesy and care.\r

Of late, it has made little difference whether it has been Christy, Lori, Brooke, Susan, Jon, David, Carol or Gina who has serviced our eyewear needs. Every one of them has been exemplary in our view, no matter how many people may be waiting for service. The end product has always been high qualiy, also. \r

Therefore, we thought it would be in keeping with our satisfaction as long term customers to pay all of these fine folks a much deserved commendation. We appreciate the fact that your company employs such considerate people who do exactly what they say they will do with smiles and enthusiasm. \r
