Review content:
This is not just a review of Mr. Stephen Eckdish, but a praise to his excellent knowledge of the law. I came to Mr. Eckdish in dire of need of legal help, when I was detained at SFO by INS and my green card was taken away from me, all due to a felony conviction that stemmed back from 1998. I was worried that I would get deported back to my home country of El Salvador, which I had not been back to since 1985. All I know and love is here in the U.S but to INS it did not mean a thing. But thanks to Mr. Eckdish's knowledge and resourcefulness, I was able to overturn the order of deportation by requesting in the state of court a reduce sentence of my felony conviction to a misdemeanor, hence I become non-deportable. This is not an easy task but because the way my petition was written and presented to INS court, they had no choice by to dismiss the case. Would I ever recommend Mr. Eckdish to anyone seeking immigration help, YES! He is a professional that will not waste your time and money with lies. He's going to tell you whether he can help you or not from the beginning and that is very important. he is very straight forward and kind. Thank you Mr. Stephen Eckdish and I am looking forward for your help in becoming a U.S Citizen!
