I recently talked to a friend of mine who had a run in with a manager at this Big Lots. She was having a problem with finding a watch in a box. They were having a sale on watches and the boxes were disorganized. It was taking her some time to find the one she wanted and rather than helping her with her search he accused her of messing up the rack. Then he demanded that she leave the store and not come back. Rather than using this opportunity to leave a happy customer he left a bad taste in her mouth and lost one. Bad service and just mean too. I know I won't shop there again and the people she tells most likely won't either.
Pros: Good Values
Cons: Really bad service and disagreeable managers.
